“Got a good vibe from the people there! They are really down to earth good family oriented people who strive to help out. I am new to VW family of cars and they made sure that I didn’t leave their shop with any bad feelings towards that line of cars. They helped me out and directed me to the right people who specialize in my other requests that I needed for my used VW GTI. I most definitely would recommend them to people that need work done on their cars and will be bringing my car in to get a new paint job as soon as possible, as their prices are more in my budget!!”
“I’ve dealt with M&L Auto Collision a number to times over the last 2 years and have to say they have done an excellent job and are extremely professional. I had a brand new VW Jetta that my father-in-law backed into. M&L did an perfect job as I was a bit concerned since the car is black and I was afraid you’d be able to tell. Pleased to say you can’t tell whatsoever that it had any work done. I then took in my Cadillac CTS that my son was in a fender-bender; again, they did perfect job. Son then snapped off the gas cover on the Jetta and the dealer wanted over $300.00 to fix it; M&L did it for about $170.00. Again, perfect paint match.
Had the CTS in again (ok there is a theme here – haven’t had anything of the sort in the 30+ years I’ve been driving!) after I was sideswiped. Once again, they did great job.
I have to note that M&L dealt with the car insurance companies directly and the car rental company. I didn’t have to deal with any of it and that was so helpful as that can all be such a hassle.
This is a family owned business and they clearly take pride in what they do and their customer service can not be beat.”

“Professional Auto body shop. They were very nice when i walked into the shop. They greeted me and got right to the estimate. Bill the owner came out and gave me a precise estimate and a great price. I was very satisfied with there customer service so i decided to let them do the body repair. They gave me a day that it would be done. Let me tell you i showed up when they told me to and my car looked amazing. All the body work was fixed by a professional because you couldn’t see that the car was ever in an accident. They even detailed the car for me so it was almost like i was picking up a brand new car. 100% Customer Satisfaction.”
